Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be in the original packaging.
• Customer must provide order number or proof of purchase.
• Product should not have any damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perfumes or cosmetics after opening the seal.
• Products marked as final sale.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another available method.

Return Shipping
